For those whose spouses hold an Employment Pass, EntrePass or Personalised Employment Pass, they may get a Letter of Consent to Work in Singapore if they find a job there. For the dependents of S-Pass holders, they are required to apply for a Work Permit S-Pass or Employment Pass instead and should meet all the criteria required for these passes.

Your position must be of a senior-level managerial or specialist role (meaning one that requires the company to hire an expat instead of someone from the local talent pool within Singapore). You must be earning at least S$3,900 per month as a fixed salary. This applies to new graduates (ideally from MOM’s list of recognised universities).
